I am also from RI, and I was not aware that our neighboring states require the vaccine every 3 years. I just assumed it was every 2 years for everyone. Very interesting. I don't want to "over medicate" my dogs but this vaccine is required in order to see a vet, or get groomed, or take them just about anywhere. I hope the law gets changed.
