#1, marking. Has he been neutered? Intact males will mark their territory. It tends to get worse as they reach full sexual maturity around two years old.
#2, shredding. Al I can say is that you and your mom should be very careful not to leave anything valuable where he can reach it.
#3, whining. He is trying to get your attention by whining. By giving in and throwing his toy, you are reinforcing his behavior. Make sure he gets plenty of play time before you sit down to do your homework, then ignore him if he does whine for attention. Is he crate trained? After he has had his play time, you can crate him while you do your homework. |
