Yes, when I got Rocky groomed at 5 months we got him shaved right back as his hair was very tangled and he looked so strange, I kept walking about saying "the dog is naked, the dog is naked" - took a bit of getting used to, I think he is perfect the length he is now (same as the last photo), not too long as we take him lots of walks and he would just get in a mess, but a bit longer on the face so he looks like a Yorkie!
