Ok I am confused. First let me say I would love to adopt one of these little girls but Hubby and I are on a very limited fixed income so we just cant but that being said I have friends who would like to take one but cannot afford the 200 dollar adoption fee at the moment. I understand that the fee covers shots spaying etc. but.....why would they rather kill them than allow someone to adopt them free that would give them a loving home
