I could not find a thread already started so I thought I would start one. Did anyone watch tonight? Who are your favorites? The voting is a bit different this year, I am not to sure I like the way they are doing it but I guess we will have to make the best of it. At least we will get to pick out of 36 contestants this year.

Tonight was the first group of 12. My favorite was Danny Gokey. I also voted for Michael Sarver, not the greatest vocalist but he is from Jasper, Texas which is just about 45 miles from where I live.

None of the girls really impressed me but as much as I dislike the drama queen, Tatiana, I think she sang the best. Also Ann Marie and Alexis weren't too bad.
