When Pasquale was younger...he did this too. When he would start chewing on my thumbs...id pull my thumb away and say "No Bite" . Eventually he got the idea that he shouldnt be biting. I would try giving your dog some bullysticks maybe so she can have something to help with her teething....other than your thumbs lol
