I;m in the same situation as you. what I do is that I leave the light on, because I don't want her to be on the dark at the early nite. I leave her food, water, toys and wee wee pad out. Then, when I get home she comes running to me and I give her like 4 minutes of praising. Then, I play with her or is I'm on the couch she is with me on it.
At night she sleeps with me in the room, not in my bed. Even though, before I fall sleep I put her in the bed with me for a few minutes to give her some luv
You need to make up for the time u can't be with her, I wish I could come home during my lunch break
