I wish they could give each child the same tv/radio time too, but then again, I wish this wasn't happening to ANY child. As far as the Sex Offenders out there - the 44 that are in that area are only the ones that they KNOW of and it's actually "under" the national average! Unfortunately, the statistics are against both these children. They've been gone too long. I pray for them and their families.
