I'm waiting for my chorkie to come home. On January 13th,I paid the nonrefundable depoist on my puppy,not really heard much though I got update pics,Feb 1oth I paid in full the puppy. Now emails aren't being reutrned or calls, last email said how paypal makes credit card users have a extra fee. Which I did pay. Should I file with paypal? a dispute? I've been burned by people alot. I'm hoping this is not the case. She was a neighbor who has since moved. Any advice? Ty
