How old is she? Did you just change her to dry food? If so, did you change all at once or gradually? The food should be changed gradually over a week or so - if changed all at once, it can upset their digestive system. However, sometimes little ones just get diarrhea - it can be a bacteria that needs vet attention, or it can just be plain ole diarrhea. If she is little, you can't wait to take her to the vet or she will get dehydrated, especially if she is not eating well.
