I am on the phone with them now. They say it is not adoptable but can be rescued
She said it is skittish. I was only calling because I am close by and thought that maybe I could get it if someone on YT wanted him. The lady was very nice...she said they have a rescue person there that I could talk too if I wanted to rescue him. That rescue person is supposed to call me back.
