I rub 100 % Vitamin E oil into my cuticles every night at bedtime and it works wonders. My nails grow like weeds. I cut them most every week.

You can usually buy it at the pharmacy in a little bottle with an applicator. You can also buy the capsules in the vitamin section and break them open but I find I waste more that way.
