Mine did this too up until recently, not sure why. he was 4.5 when he started and he seems to have quit. he's now 8mo. He still does ocassionally with treats, not near as much as he used to. Maybe a phase. But it is cute!
He does however, run around the house w/ a nylabone sometimes whimpering b/c he can't hid it fast enough or can't find the right spot...Not sure what that's about i just tell him, "if i want it I'll just take it so chill" THAT DOESN'T WORK
