My sis-in-law noticed a smallish raised bump on my little three-year olds tummy.

I am wondering if this is a hernia, and if so, could this be serious? Have any of you had a Yorkie with a hernia?

I did take her to the vet a month ago and I noticed he seemed to zoom in on her tummy, and he felt around it for quite awhile, but never said anything. I thought she had a urinary tract infection at the time.

Any help is appreciated.
