Thank you everyone. Samira is still very sick tonight but it is not worse... Her bloodwork came back okay and she isn't showing any parasites in a stool sample...and nothing shows on her xrays.
I have any appointment for Wednesday but I am going to see if we can get her back in tomorrow instead.
The small bright light is that she has an appetite for home cooked meals!!! She's lost 1.5 lbs since December so we are hoping to put some weight back on fast.
Thank you all for the messages... It's comforting to come here and be with people who really understand.
