It depends on your computer system but usually you can click on the start menu , click on control panel , then click on performance and maintenance and you should see something that says system restore....click on that and it will bring up the system restore box asking if you want to either set your computer back to a previous date or if you want to set a future restore date. Click on set to previous date ( like I said before make sure it is a virus free date ) and simply set your computer back to that date ( it will tell you how...but again, any files you downloaded or new info you stored after the date you take it back to may not work properly or at all )

* to check/find a virus free date just go to whatever security system your computer is using ( the icon should show with all your others) and look at the virus scan dates and details/results closest to when you want to set the new date to and make sure everything was virus free at the particular time and date that you want to use.*

This usually works for me if I get hijacked or a bug in my computer and I have bought up old files this way , so I hope it works for ya.
