Yes, the rain can be a pain when it comes to potty training. My boy hates it too, and when he was potty training I found it nerve racking.

even now when he is trained I still have to go out in the rain with him. If not he won't go.. I guess that is just the way it has to be...LOL.. Cause I don't want him going inside and I am not about to start using potty pads.
