I really feel for you, this must be so frustrating. Before thinking about surgery, I'd probably try a few more foods first. RC, if it's the Hypo diet - contains soy, and your baby might have an issue with it.
You could try other, limited ingredient foods such as Natural Balance Duck/Potato, Innova EVO, or a fish kibble like Wellness CORE or Orijen 6-fish.
