Fix him...
Play with him.
Start training. Most clicker training books have some GREAT excercises to teaching your dog to chill out.
If he is chewing things, try bitter apple spray, but also get him some chew-toys and leave three or so out at a time. Let him know what's o.k. to chew and what isn't.
