So, I'm from CA. We haven't been getting too much rain this winter...yet.
Bella, my 9-month-old Yorkie, was finally on her way to success with potty training (thanks to my in-laws who took it on while we were on vacation). She wasn't peeing in the house anymore, and just pooping occasionally inside.
Everything was going great, and then these past couple of weeks came...and we got some rain. Well, Bella is afraid of the rain and wind. So, she doesn't want to go outside! I've picked her up and put her outside, closed the door and walked away, but she just stands there at the door shivering. I feel so bad for her!
I've also started to walk her in the rain so she can get used to it, but it's a hit or miss thing. Sometimes she will go out in the rain, and other times, she won't.
Any suggestions for what to do?!
