i think the smaller they are & the smaller bladder they have.. the more they will have to go.
(ex. our little one, Gemma, goes a bunch throughout the day.. but little amounts.. her bladder is tiny!
- Avie will go only a couple times.. but she goes larger amounts and she holds it longer inbetween!

as long as your baby does not seem to be straining when going.. as long as there is no blood & no crystals in the urine... i don't think there should be anything to worry about! especially if they are drinking a ton of water..
now, if you think they are drinking too much water.. that could be something else:
