It is a joy to see Truman improving each day. I feel honored to be his foster mommy and have him with us. Being a foster mom has allowed my children to learn about how people treat animals and helping to bring this little guy back from a certain death in that cold and cruel shelter. My oldest son looked at Truman and said~why is he so sick didn't his owner ever take him to the vet? It just amazed me that because of the way we take care of our it never occured to him that everyone didn't also do the same.
