It is called "shotgunning." They have an email mailing list (you can buy them over the internet and obviously you are on at least one) and they send the same email to hundreds...even thousands of people. They figure that SOME of the targets will like Yorkies and find the email appealing. Internet spam works the same way...I am a woman, so why do I get so much spam for Viagra and other ways to make my "tool" invincible?? They are just shotgunning...the next name on the list may be a 55 year old man with a 25 year old girlfriend and HE might fall for it! Same exact thing with the Yorkies...they don't know if you even like animals...you are just one email address out of thousands on their list.
