my dog does this?

I recently moved- prior to moving she never had accidents and would always "hold it" until I took her out.

Now, I take her out, stand around about 15 minutes while she sniffs around and doesn't go. Go inside where she proceeds to pee in my hallway. RIGHT AFTER I TAKE HER OUT.

Is it because she is unfamiliar with the area? Or does she just like to make me mad?

What do you think?
