You have to tell him that 2 travel just as easy as 1. We take our Bichon & Yorkie everywhere with us. If they can't go, we don't go. And if you have to have someone watch them while you are gone...they do better with each other there instead of just one, alone.

My hubby was the same way...."one dog is enough....we travel to much, etc." We found it isn't any harder with two than one.
