Are these people naive, and in denial? or are they just plain evil? I'd like the think naive but I'm thinking they are just plain evil

We have a pet store in our town, and its amazing how many people dont realize those pups come from a puppy mill, I quietly let people know, in fact my mom knows how adimant I am about not buying dogs from farmland when she saw the stories about Renee she was sure that was where I got Paris and she didn't tell me because she knew it would break my heart that I did the exact thing I am so against.
