Whenever there is a dramatic change like not eating you need to see a vet. Loss of appetite can be a symptom of many things, including extreme pain. Please see a vet, immediately, and note any other details. When Joey had a cornea ulceration, loss of appetite was his primary symptom.

By the way, what's lately? Has this been going on for more than a day? While some conditions do clear them selves up on their own, it's important to find out what caused it so that you can prevent it from happening again because next time it could be worse.
