It is healthier for a human baby to have goats milk than formula if it cannot breastfeed. We raised a foal up who's mom died just after birth on goats milk. We bought ours from a goat farm, so it was fresh. Pasturizing goats milk, just like with cows milk, pretty much takes all the nutrition out of it.
