Could you please keep Sedrick in your thoughts and prayers? I had him at Emergency tonight because he was having a hard time swallowing and was also has a very hoarse bark. She took some xrays and he has alot of swelling in his throat and larynx area. Sedrick is a AAS survivor and he has 7 pins holding his neck together. The vet is concerned that one of the pins has migrated and is compromising his airway so I may have to bring him to Saskatoon where he had his surgery. She put him on Prednisone and amoxicillan and we are to see our home vet to decide what the next step is.
If you can, say a little prayer for him not to have to have surgery on his neck again.
