Here are a few sites.

1. Hairbands - I saw someone on YT that had them for a great deal but for the life of me, I can't find it again.
I've ordered from Lady's mom and she makes great bows. She sells bands and barretts too. M'Lady's Dog Bows - Accessories
Val's is great too. Dog Bows Val's Diva Dos

2. ID Tag - small one of course.
After having going through a few hanging tags that got chewed up, I finally ordered a "collar tag" here.Pet tags, dog tags, pet id tags, dog id tags, pet identification tags, cat id tags

I've also ordered tags from Jeffers but my 2 fluffs like to chew their ID tags.Discount Pet Supplies, Pet Supply, Online Pet Supplies

3. Bullystick - still figuring this one out. What exactly is it? Does it get wet and gross and rub off on your carpet when they chew it? Is it safe? I have looked and looked at the chews and end up leaving empty handed.
The only brand we like is Merrick. You can find them online at a lot of different sites. Here is the Merrick site. Merrick Pet Foods - Dog Treats

My 2 like "flossies". They do have a smell and get slimy but I've never had them stain my carpets. They are digestible unlike raw hide. I would suggest supervising your babies when they are chewing as there is always the possibility they could choke. I do take flossies away when they get small so my 2 don't try to swallow them whole.

4. Hairbrush - What is the best kind to get?
I don't have one but I've heard quite a few people recommend these.

Madden Brushes for Dogs
and
Pin Brushes

5. Detangler - What kind would you recommend?
I haven't had much luck with detanglers. The only thing that works on Bella who has a cotton coat, is my Pantene deep conditioner. It keeps her matt free for days. I personally haven't tried these brands but have seen them recommended a lot.
Detangler and Shine by Cowboy Magic - Horse.com
Ice On Ice
1st In Line De Matting Spray - 13.5 oz from King Wholesale Pet Supplies

Thanks in advance for your help! YT is GREAT!

Hope this helps.
