Just a suggestion, if you upload them to Picnik.com you can edit and save them. When you are ready to save the pic look at the file size. You can reduce the file size by making the pic smaller or reducing the quality of the pic. Make sure it's under 200kb and save...now your ready to post to YT. If you don't want to change the file you have on your computer just change the file name slightly before saving.
