Rowdy slept in his crate for the first few months. He would yip if he needed to go out during the night. Later though, he didn't yip to go out, he could hold it all night long. Then my hubby wanted him to sleep with us but I worried that I would roll on him or that he would potty in the bed, since he had a bigger place to go than in the kennel. Well, I'm happy to report that neither of these things happened. I did worry ALOT at first that I would roll on him - but finally I relaxed and now he usually sleeps between our pillows at the head of the bed (last night he actually spooned my head - I had a Rowdy cap - and I had to move him because I was SWEATING). He's been in bed with us for a couple of months now and no accidents!
