 Anal Gland Issues
We went to the vet again and Romeo had full anal glands that contained dry puss. She expressed them internally and gave him allergy liquid medication. This is the 3rd time in 3 months that he went to the vet for this problem.
He has been eating Prescription Allergy Royal Canin. The vet said not to give him anything , but the prescription diet. (I was feeding him pumpkin mixed with Blue canned food for fiber)
She suggests we try the allergy meds and see if they work.
Has anyone had this anal gland issue?
