I ordered some from jefferspet.com from the whelping suppies section. I never could get them to stay on my babies or the mothers would tear them off so I stopped using them. They were color coded. I saw on here somewhere the other day where someone was using the ponytail bands in different colors. That seems like something I might want to try. But, I usually can tell mine apart anyway. I have only had one puppy out of several litters that didn't have an odd shaped white patch under it's neck. Like a very thin white line or a white zigzag. As they get older tho, that changes sshape and disappears. That is when I run into trouble. Then I start painting toenails. |
