Thanks to all of you for your kind words, they do help. We miss her greatly. It takes a long time to break 12 years of habits and there are so many memories. She was my snow shoveling buddy and gardening buddy as she loved to sit outside with me while I was doing those things. She was the only dog I have had that could go without a leash (I never took her off the property without one) and just stay in our yard.
