Sometimes it helps to wrap them up in a towel, like a pig in a blanket. At the vet when we had fussy furbabies we would have the tech lay them on their side and hold them down and scruff them a little,,it helped a lot. You will just have to try a couple things to see what makes him comfy, but peanut acts exactly like you are saying and the scruffing and laying him on his side helps, thats why I take him in

he gets really stressed out as well and paints and huffs and puffs, but I dont care he needs it done!!
