Well she must know you are sleeping - and therefore can't see her. Are you only doing outdoors training or do you also have a pad for her to go on. I know a lot of people don't like the pad - but oh, it is so nice when you have one that doesn't announce they need to go out. My Roxy is 7 and she doesn't always tell me - but she does have a pad & she often goes to use it. I think they are like little toddlers that you are trying to potty train - they are too busy playing & enjoying life until that very second when they have to go.

A couple things, you may just have to watch her to know her clues. Also, if you can't be with her every second, then I suggest limiting where she can be in the house.

Hopefully others will have other suggestions
