They usually love can food,if the pieces on the can are big, you can mash them, let him drink the water with the sugar in it, he may be throwing up for been on an empty stomach for to long. He needs to keep warm, as far as sleeping, such a young puppy needs to sleep.God luck to you, and please keep us posted.
