 New Owner of a 7 week old yorkie I think he is sick
Hello! I am new here and I bought my wife a 7 week old yorkie for V-day. He is 2 pounds 2 ounces and he looks and acts sick. He was born on 12/20. He will drink water and pee seconds later which I guess is good. He will not eat the food the breeder told us to feed him "small hard food" so we were told to put cottage cheese in with it and we have done that. No Dice. He will not touch his food. After he drinks water and then pees he will normally go to the corner and vomits. He walks a little but wants to be in a warm spot laying down for the most part. He sometimes shakes a little and cries. He looks like he is sick. I don't think he has eaten in at least 24 hours if not longer. I am worried about him and don't know what to do with him today but leave him alone. I just went and got pedialight for babys and will try that soon. I will take him to the vet tom but that does me no good today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Brandon |
