I am sure they will let you just bring the sample. But they will probably want to know what the dog weighs. Do you have Mosquitos in Maryland? Here in Minnesota we give the dogs pills for heartworm (nasty I know) and they prevent intestinal worms also, hook, round and tape! So a once a month pill and no worries. Lexi will get tested for heartworm next month however, because she was born in Sept (still mosquito season) and they want to make sure she is negative! Good luck with Jackson! |
