I agree with all of you. If Walker can't come along, it's no fun for me either. Yeah, and what about your friends coming over to your place to hang out or maybe even working around your schedule? it doesn't sound like you're flat out refusing to spend any time with them. People with small kids can't just drop everything and go party, so why is it a big deal when you have a dog? I totally understand wanting to be at home with your furbaby when he's been alone in the house all day and is sooooo excited for you to finally come home and play with him. Why get a dog, if you don't plan on being around him? Yep, unless you're a dog person....you won't understand. Don't worry about it. If they're really your friends they will get over it.
