The bottom line here is that these people are brokers who patronize puppy mills. While they may not be the ones inflicting enormous pain and suffering they are aiding its proliferation by purchasing their dogs from puppy mills.

In my mind brokers are just as guilty as are the people who run the mills.

For the person who had the bad experience with the YTCA breeders I am very sorry that happened to you. It is very concerning when I hear stories like that because these are the people who are supposed to be protecting our breed, providing education where needed.
