I made the chicken jerky today, let it cool and gave Prince one. He loved it!!!! And I don't have to worry about the "China" issue. If you make these, make sure you bake them at a very low setting, 180 degrees, for about three hours. Make sure the chicken is sliced very thin. The next time I go to the grocery store, I'm going to see if the butcher can slice them for me.
They came out very flexible, because of the low temp. I was afraid that they would be crumplely, but they weren't.
I used chicken breast.
