Eukanuba (as well as Royal Canin) contains fillers and allergens, so the ingredients may have been irritating to your baby's system. So, she
might do better on a more premium type of canned. You don't
have to feed canned, but it is a "fresher" version of meat than dry, and it adds moisture to the diet - which is a plus.
Do you get your food at Petsmart/Petco? If so, then I'd probably recommend a brand called Wellness. Those stores don't carry the best foods, but Wellness is the best one they have, in my opinion. Good luck w/ your new baby!
