that the gal from Washington state put up? You have to skip the first couple bills - but they spend a long time discussing their breeder bill. (I listened while I did some other things - because it is long - but very informative)
This is really where it needs to start in every state. At the top - because too many places, the law officials won't do anything & if they do raid a mill - the courts do little or nothing to those horrid people
