I think it depends on the Petsmart and the quality of trainer that they use. We went for the puppy class and it was wonderful....... especially the socialization part. It is so very important for puppies. The fact that it was a puppy class..... and all the dogs were puppies, there wasn't any aggression problems and it was a great experience. We also got to practice the "basics" .....
I don't know if you could get your money back or not...... it may depend again, on the reason, store, and the trainer.
