You don't have to get so upset.

You said you wanted to educate yourself so I thought it was important that you read the statement about Parti's on the YTCA website.

I also thought should should be aware that Yorkie show breeders will not embrace you if you ask them about breeding Parti's. I did not realize you were considering breeding Parti's when I suggested attending dog shows or I would not have suggested it.

As I said, there are members here who will be more supportive. As Bama said, contact JeannieK and Pinehaven.

To answer your question, I would absolutely change my mind if Parti's become recognized as a breed. Have you ever heard of the Biewer terrier? They are recognized as a separate breed and breeders have a written standard, a "blueprint", to follow.
