well, Dolly's problem is that her teeth aren't straight, they are pointing at all different angles
(just about every single one of her adult teeth was affected by her poor puppy teeth, a surgery was done to pull them out, but the vet could not straighten them much) its very hard to brush/get to certain areas of some teeth, and thats where the tartar buildups are. I tried to use a dental scraper with petz life gel but she certainly did not like it/did not let me do it again
I really hate it for her to go under, but on the other hand I really don't want to wait till the problem gets worse to a point that they have to extract the teeth or something
