I'm just about to put Lily on adult food (she's about 11 months old now) and we've been calling around looking for places that carry the Wellness small bites (she's currently on Wellness puppy and we've liked it). The lady at one of the stores we called said it wasn't a good idea to feed the small food because they need the bigger pieces for the health of their teeth and with the small food, they can just swallow it whole without chewing.

Anybody else ever heard of such? I'm not sure what to do about food either now.

Otherwise, to the OP, I'm quite happy with Wellness.

I feed EVO small bites and the bites are really small, but my 4lb'er still has to chew it.
