I've read that it is possible to train a pups ears to stand up until they are 6 months old. What you sell them for is up to you and as for whenn to let them go............12 weeks is the rule for yorkies mostly due to their small size, though the more time with their mama and littermates, the better socialized they will be when they are older. With my first litter, I let them go at 10....they were a little on the bigger size and I was confident that the new families had knowledge about how to care for a new yorkie puppy. Had the pups have been smaller, I would have kept them longer. It all depends on the situation & your comfort zone with the prospective buyers.
